   " Ow!  that  hurt!"

" It  is  OK,  you  will  get  used  to it,  Jayney."

"" OK,  now  it  is  time to  try  the  drop  punt." 

      ""  What   is  a  drop  punt  Jessy?"

""A  drop  punt  is  when  you  point  your  fingers  to  the  ground  and you  point  one  of  the  x’s  to  the  ground  and  try  kicking  the  x  that  is  pointing  to  the  ground."
"Now  go and  try  do  it  with  your  partner"".

A   while   later  Jayney  said  "Ah!  That  hurt  my  foot!"
"That  does  hurt,  ay,  Jayney?"".

 "Well  that  is  the  end of  our  session, Guys."

 "See  ya, Jessie."

 "See  ya,  Guys."

A.F.L. day   was a  big day so we  had to 

  play  scarecrow tag. We all were having

  fun. I got tagged twice so I had to  stand  like

  a  scarecrow. That was the best game ever.

  “Sarah!” I called.

  She answered, “What?” and I said, “Who

  are you  getting?”

  She  yelled,  “I’m  getting  you!”

   So I ran away and she never caught me.

  I kept running   away. She  stopped  catching me  and    that was  the  end  of  our  playing. Later, we had  to  do  ice-cream on  a  plate. We had a  great

 time. I  was so tired that I walked into the  pole.

I  kicked the ball very high and stuck it  in the tree where no  one could reach it.           By Jake

We were at school doing work in class when I saw Jess with some AFL balls. I was exited, but we had to wait until after first lunch. 

Then, it was our turn. I had a buddy named Byron and we had a warm-up game. It was called scarecrow tag. It’s when there are three people with a ball and they have to touch you with it. We had to do actions like walking, skipping and running. After that, it was hand ball. That’s when you put it on your right hand and you whack it with your other hand. A drop punt is when you point the lines on the ball at your buddy and kick it.

Lastly, we played bullrush and went to class.
